Unsolicited Submission Policy

Hinge does not consider or accept unsolicited ideas for features, product improvements, technologies, campaign concepts, taglines, creative content, or other materials (collectively, “Submissions”). This policy helps us avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes regarding ownership of intellectual property.

If, after reviewing this policy, you still choose to send us a Submission, you agree that, regardless of anything you say, write or record to the contrary, your Submission and its contents:

• Will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary;
• May be used, redistributed or disclosed by Hinge for any lawful purpose and in any way, without any compensation to you or any third party; and
• Do not create any obligation for Hinge, including any obligation to review, acknowledge, or return any materials related to the Submission.

This policy does not apply to content that Hinge specifically invites users to submit through designated channels, such as submissions made to Hinge's Success Stories.
